X-men. Wolverine/Sabretooth. G.

Went to my weekly workshop and polished up what was going to be a daily (weekly?) sketch. I had rudimentary lineart for Wolverine but liked the look when I did a silhouette test!

    I just did one the image before this.

    Next I’ll be doing some Logan/Remy and then probably finishing up some Watchmen and Supernatural stuff.

    Hi Pond, I wanted to mention that this is officially the steamiest image of Sabretooth (comics or movieverse) I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of hot Wolverine images to be found, since he’s the hero, but far too many comics artists draw Victor ugly and/or stupid (or so insane and violent that you can’t see that he’s handsome anyway, moot point).

    I sent you a message inquiring about a commission piece for a story of mine, but I didn’t include any examples of how I’d love my Victor to look. If you have time and/or still do commission work, THIS is awesomely close to how I’d want my Victor. In fact, give him long blonde hair and no irises, and that would be spot on! I love the blank glowing amber sans pupil and iris; few comics artists do that, even though all the stats describe his eyes that way. They usually just white them out.

    Anyway, it’s a Sabretooth/Meltdown pairing for the image, if you are able and also willing. I confess, I have no idea about inquiring about commission work, so I apologize if this isn’t the place for it.

    Again, I love this artwork. All of it is stunning, but I’m partial to the X-Men subjects, so they’re my favorites (and Iron Man, too).
