Simply amazing! The colours especially.

Hello. This is gorgeous. I particularly love the encircling wings that hold the two of them in this little bubble of light. Very nice.
Someone posted – and then was asked to remove – a copy of a work you did recently to a comm on LJ that i read. It was a graphic Sam and Dean image which was also gorgeous.
So this isn’t lj and i’m not 100 percent sure of how it works – it looks sort of the same, layout wise, but is obviously your own deal, so….hi! I’m new, and i’ll be lurking.

I never seen someone capture Sam and Dean so perfectly in their art. This is stunning. I love Sam’s expression. I can’t place it, but there is something so tragic about it. It makes the piece that much more engaging.

Do you sell prints?
Most of what ends up here on my site is all digital, although I do occasionally work with paints, pencils or markers on my own. :) I’m over at insanejournal since LJ banned me, under the same ponderosa121 username, although all my fanwork gets posted here at the same time.
I haven’t actively sold prints in a while, but I can certainly make up a few. I’ve always priced 8.5×11 heavy stock glossies at 1 for $10 or 2 for $15 with no shipping charge. Sling me an email if you’re interested.

The texture on the feather, Dean’s relief, Sam’s hand, the bit of blue with the moon. . . Is there something significent in Dean having white wings while Sam has black? Thanks for -digiarting?-! I’m very artilliterate, but even I can see this is amazing!

Perhaps one of your most moving works! I just discovered your blog – and i have immersed myself into it realizing I’d been missing a lot before being aware of your blog – and your work! AMAZING! AWESOME!
I’m relatively late in discovering your work so I’m kind of scurrying around, looking at everything at once. Your work is very special – you have a gift for light and colour that I’m… well, frankly, I’m pretty envious.
Anyway, this particular piece moved me so much I had to comment.
The emotion on both of their faces…! Sam looks sad but finally peaceful (now that he has Dean) and Dean’s just – oh! There’s no clinginess in his hands – he isn’t gripping Sam tight – but you can tell by how close he’s pressed in and by his face that hell or high water won’t drag him away from his Sammy. Not now.

Um, are you looking at the same piece of art the rest of us are, sweetheart? There is onnly one pair of wings in the illo you are commenting on, so you are clearly confused. Folks so often see what they want to see in art…

Oh this is just gorgeous, breathtaking, lovely – just out of this world! Love the soft moonlight. It has an almost ethereal effect on the picture.
